Customizing your TPR Parts
At Tarantula Performance Racing we want to create products for our customers to make their machines stand out in the pits, on the trails and on the dunes. For this reason, we strive to make most of our products customizable. Many other companies give you color options, or laser cut logos. At TPR, when we say custom, we mean exactly that.
If you would like to personalize a product you are purchasing simply follow the steps below.
- Choose a product you want to buy and click on the Product Dimensions link to get the size and shape of the part.
- Create a design (prior to purchasing) that will fit into the dimensions of the part you want to order (click on the Product Dimensions link for allowable dimensions).
- Send us your design idea via e-mail, fax, or carrier, along with your name, street address, e-mail address and a phone number.
- Our design engineers will review and then contact you with a free estimate on the cost to create it for you.
- After your approval of our re-design and a deposit are received on the price of the product we will recreate your design as a CAD drawing and send you the results.
- If you're satisfied with the results, then the part will be finished and shipped to your door when payment is received in full.
- Or, if you live in Northeast Ohio just stop in our shop and hang out with our riders and engineers while we discuss the customization of your desired part.
- In six easy steps you will have received a truly one of a kind part to make your ATV look totally unique.
At TPR we are committed to customer satisfaction and will get your design through the production process in a timely manner. In most cases custom part turn-around is 5-10 working days. Time length depends upon the intricacy and complexity of the design, and how quickly we receive responses from our customers. We also reserve the right to refuse any designs.
