Tarantula Performance Racing's Terms and Conditions

Tarantula Performance Racing apologizes for any additional fees that may occur during the shipping process. Occasionally the shipper may impose additional fees that cannot be calculated at the time an order is placed. Our customers will be made aware of such price changes prior to shipment.

1. Returns

If you are not 100 percent satisfied with any product(s) you purchase from TPR we will give you your money back. Simply return any unused product that has not been mounted on the ATV within 30 days of receiving the product and your money will be refunded in full (excluding shipping charges).

2. Custom Designs

Any custom designed product that has gone through the complete pre-approval process and has already been manufactured is not refundable. Be sure the design you create is the design you want. Once customers approve the re-design and production of a product, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for the costs involved.

All returns must be sent prepaid, no payment due shipments will be accepted. If the wrong part was shipped to you TPR will pay the return shipping costs.

Any part that in, our opinion appears to have been misused, installed improperly, mishandled or improperly shipped or packaged by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty.

D. Copyrighted Material

Tarantula Performance Racing cannot reproduce any copyrighted material. Any customizing submissions, which include the reproduction of copyrighted material, will not be approved. It is not Tarantula Performance Racing's responsibility to check every submission for possible copyright infringement. If any design or artwork submitted to and accordingly manufactured by Tarantula Performance Racing is later found to be copyrighted, the person(s) who originally submitted the order will be held responsible for any copyright infringement penalties. These penalties may range from, but are not limited to, fees, fines or legal prosecution under federal copyright laws.
